The Sunshine Coast Division of General Practice (SCDGP) is a not-for-profit membership organisation representing the professional interests of General Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals on the Sunshine and Cooloola Coasts. It is the third largest Division in Queensland.

MEMBERSHIP / ENGAGEMENT
Membership of the Division is open to all General Practitioners working within General Practice on the Sunshine Coast and has increased as the region has grown. Communication with members is achieved in a variety of ways:
- Weekly eNews (electronic newsletter)
- Practice Visits

GP participation on panels and working parties

Education and Health Promotion activities
STAKEHOLDERS
The Division has a wide variety of stakeholders who collaborate with us on variety of projects and initiatives associated with the delivery of quality healthcare within the Division.
These stakeholders include both federal and state groups, district and community organisations.
FUNDING
As with all Divisions nationally, our funds are supplied by Department of Health and Ageing and are tied to Commonwealth priorities in healthcare.
