HPOS provides access to information on your eligibility for Medicare and information necessary for the processing and payment of your claims. In addition HPOS services are in real-time.

Set up forms for Practice Managers/ Staff to apply for PKI Individual Certificate:
- If you were named the Duly Authorised Officer when you applied for you Location (site) certificate
- Application form Medicare Australia Health Provider (Quote the 10 digit registration authority number or alternatively the trading name of the practice that you are the site certificate DAO for in the refernce ID section)
If you were not named the Duly Authorised Officer on your practices site certificate you will need to provide 100 points as evidence of identify (EOI) and acceptable referee form
100 points Evidence of Identity
(based on the verification procedure outlined in the Financial Transaction Reports Act 1988)
