The Division IM/IT Support Team can offer information on a range of IM/IT related topics, cheat sheets and "how to" guides.  They play a non biased consultancy role in the areas of:

  • Online claiming
  • PKI
  • Electronic Discharge Summary
  • Electronic Referral
  • Secure Communication
  • Data Cleansing
  • Setting up a new practice

Division Staff are not able to provide hands on installation of software/hardware or technical support but are able to direct you to the appropriate party to address your needs.
